Job title: Fill-in Specialist

Reports to: Director of Operations & Area Manager

Basic function: Clean assigned number of hours and fill-in unstaffed accounts.

Major Responsibilities

o Clean assigned number of scheduled hours
o Work with Area Manager to help staff accounts that do not have an account manager assigned to them
o Ensure that customer expectations are being met
o Adhere to all company policies and procedures
o Communicate with leadership

Job requirements:

Reliable transportation
Open evening and weekend availability
Guarantee availability for up to 40 hours a week

This position starts out at $10 an hour with a $0.50 raise in 60 days with satisfactory performance.

Compensation: $10/hr.
