Part-Time Morning Commercial Cleaner – Grand Prairie, TX

Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for two reliable, detail-oriented individuals to take ownership of cleaning and maintaining a commercial facility in Grand Prairie, TX.

This location offers approximately 17–20 total hours per week (8–10 hours per employee), which will be divided between the two team members through a shared Monday–Friday rotating schedule.

Each shift is worked independently (solo). Employees will alternate their assigned workdays each week, switching schedules the following week to ensure a fair distribution of hours.

Both employees will share responsibility for maintaining consistent cleaning quality and serve as backup for one another when time off or schedule adjustments are needed.

Responsibilities

Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms
Vacuum carpets and floor mats
Sweep and mop hard surface flooring
Empty trash and replace liners
Restock restroom supplies
Clean glass and high-touch surfaces
Maintain supply areas in a clean and organized manner
Follow established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
Independently manage assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled shift

Qualifications

Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and perform routine physical tasks
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with management

Important: Background Screening Requirement

This position requires an extensive background check and security screening due to the facility's security requirements.

Team Communication

We utilize Connecteam, a mobile communication app that allows team members to communicate with managers, access schedules, receive updates, and stay connected with the team.

Although this is a solo position, you will have ongoing communication and support from our management team.
