Team Lead – Cleaning Services

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations and help ensure all assigned facilities are cleaned to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of cleaning employees.
Assign and monitor daily cleaning duties.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
Communicate with management regarding staffing, supplies, and any issues.
Train and assist employees as needed.
Follow all company safety and cleaning procedures.
Evening work is required, with occasional weekend work as needed.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work evening hours and occasional weekends.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background screening.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
