Position Title: Recruiter
Position Type: Hybrid (work from home except for interviews and meetings)
Reports To: General Manager
Basic Function: Interview and hire candidates for job openings.
Summary: We are looking for a full-time recruiter to handle the screening, interviewing, and hiring of employees for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning. This position is a full time salary position.. Starting pay is between $40,000-$50,000. This position has a typical schedule of 8am-4pm but there is some flexibility on exact schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Manage job posting site
- Conduct interviews: in person and via telephone/zoom.
- Prepare recruitment materials
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Hire best candidate for position.
- Onboard new employees
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact for candidates during recruiting process
Requirements:
- Self Motivated and Driven
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone/text.
- Able to conduct in person interviews.
- Candidate must be able to keep track of multiple candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Must be able to travel to office for interviews.
