Office Pride of Fort Wayne-Columbia City is seeking a part-time Hiring Manager to help us grow our team of professional, dependable staff — primarily for evening roles. From cleaning crew members to support staff, you’ll play a key role in selecting individuals who embody our company’s integrity and work ethic.

This is a flexible role ideal for someone with hiring experience who values meaningful, process-driven work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct Zoom interviews with applicants for part-time roles
  • Manage background checks and onboard new hires 
  • Screen candidates for mindset, reliability, and alignment with Office Pride’s core values
  • Manage job postings and applicant flow with attention to detail
  • Work closely with field supervisors to meet hiring needs
You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in recruiting and interviewing
  • Are comfortable using Zoom
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and confident screening for attitude and reliability
  • Understand the importance of hiring for culture and character, not just the resume
  • Communicate well and follow up with care
