Office Pride of Kokomo is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to help us provide premium janitorial services to the communities of Kokomo, Peru, Greentown, Burlington, Russiaville, and Tipton. We pride ourselves on creating healthy, well-maintained, professional facilities for our clients. Compensation & Financial Transportation

  • Starting Rate: $13.00 per hour.
  • Performances Bonuses: Monthly bonuses are available based on eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform routine tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting high touch surfaces, and dusting to maintain high-standard facility aesthetics
  • Detail Management: Ensure over-looked areas such as vents, light-fixtures, and baseboards remain dust-free
  • Supplies & Equipment: Monitor inventory levels and perform basic maintenance to ensure operational readiness
  • Digital Tools: Use the Janitorial Manager app for communication and clocking in/out
  • Safety: Adhere to all guidelines regarding chemical use and equipment handling
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel in-between sites
  • Integrity: Ability to work independently in secure office environments
  • Must pass a background check
  • Smartphone
  • Communication: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain professional communication with Team Leaders and Area Manager
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions (bending/kneeling), and lift up to 50 lbs
