About the Role:

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Custodian and be part of a dedicated team that ensures clean and welcoming environments for businesses in Fort Wayne, IN. This role is perfect for those who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in their community.

Monday - Friday ( Weekend Optional )
3-4 hour EVENING shifts
Weekly Pay on Fridays
Engaged management team
Paid on the job training

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Adapt to varying schedules and locations as required by client needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
