Job Title: Area Manager

Company: Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services

Service Area: Roanoke, Lynchburg, South Boston, Staunton, Blacksburg, Pearisburg, VA

Office Pride is seeking a dependable, experienced Area Manager to oversee cleaning teams across the Lynchburg/Roanoke region. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves daily travel to job sites, coaching team members, and ensuring our high standards of service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts
  • Travel regularly to sites in Roanoke, Lynchburg, South Boston, Staunton, Blacksburg,
    and Pearisburg
  • Hire, train, and support cleaning staff and site leads
  •  Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle service needs promptly
  • Coordinate schedules and manage labor to stay within budget
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Area Manager or multi-site leadership role
  •  Professional references are required and will be verified
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Comfortable with daily travel and flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
Compensation:
  • Salary $60,000, including auto allowance                                       (Exact salary based on experience and qualifications)
