We are growing and looking for someone to help support our office! We are not above cleaning here, will sometimes have to go out and assist cleaning during the day. Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for a candidate who is: dedicated, hard-working, organized self-starter with a positive attitude who is committed to helping others to excellence & personal growth!

Duties include but not limited to:
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Maintaining inventory and laundry.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
-Help with onboarding new staff
- Assist cleaning during the day sometimes if necessary

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
