What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Manage cleaning schedules and assignments efficiently.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients and management.
Flexibly adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
