Since you like to learn and be challenged with different activities at work, we would like to speak with you about joining our commercial cleaning team as a Support Specialist.

This role requires flexibility to cover call-offs in various locations, and the willingness to learn other skills such as carpet and window cleaning, training, inspecting, and stripping and waxing floors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide coverage for team members who call off, ensuring smooth operations

· Participate in special projects as assigned, which may include:

     o Floor work (e.g., cleaning, maintenance)

     o Construction clean-up and related projects

· Adapt quickly to different tasks and locations as needed

· Maintain a high standard of work quality and professionalism

Requirements:

· Availability to work at least 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of going full-time

· Ability to travel to various locations on short notice

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

· Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or similar roles is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
