We are seeking a versatile and reliable Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires flexibility to cover call-offs in various locations. When not covering call-offs, the Support Specialist will be trained to handle special projects ranging from general floor work to Special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide coverage for team members who call off, ensuring smooth operations.

· Participate in special projects as assigned, which may include:

o Floor work (e.g., cleaning, maintenance)

o Construction clean-up and related projects

· Adapt quickly to different tasks and locations as needed.

· Maintain a high standard of work quality and professionalism.

· Utilize knowledge of multiple functions within the organization to assist in various roles as needed.

Requirements:

· Availability to work 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

· Ability to travel to various locations on short notice.

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

· Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
