As a business development manager you will be responsible for growing company sales. We offer a hour rate and a commission based pay plan. Our company has aggressive growth goals and this position is essential to achieving those.

We understand that if a company is not growing, it is shrinking.

Responsibilities:

Lead generation including networking, prospecting, etc.
Pipeline management
Transitioning customers from sales to the operations team
Weekly reporting of sales data
Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with CRM tools preferred
Drive to locations to provide bids
