Previous supervisor experience is a must.
Availability to work from Friday to Tuesday
Schedule: Friday to Tuesday
Hours: 3 PM to 12 AM (9 hrs)
Position Title: Team Lead
Reports To: Area Manager
Supervises: Activities in the assigned building.
Basic Function: Cleans assigned number of hours, creates a team like atmosphere with employees assigned to them. TL will train, cross train, sub for open jobs and inspects. Carries out instruction of AM.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Create team atmosphere with your front line employees in your area.
2. Deliver supplies to your front line employee.
3. Inspect work of your front line employee and report the findings to your AM.
- Inspections to have green color. If inspections produce red or yellow, notify AM.
- Inspections include the janitorial closets.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the client in your area is getting what we promised.
4. Meet with front line employee monthly via in person or phone.
-discuss quality issues
-reward good inspections
-provide encouragement
5. Recruit and train additional team leads.
6. Lead initial cleans within your area.
7. Help meet budgets. (labor and supplies).
8. Clean number of hours assigned.
9. Sub for open jobs – or arrange for open job to be cleaned using other employees on your team

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
