Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Sweep or vacuum and/or mop hard surface floors and carpets.
- Clean work surfaces, other furniture, and horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Clean walls, doors, wall ornaments, baseboards, etc.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
- Replenish supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Clean entrance glazing and other interior glazing.
- Remove trash from bins and replace torn or dirty bags.
- Report building and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Arrive on time to work (customer location), perform services to set standards, and ensure customer premises are closed and secured when you finish and leave.
- Respond positively and quickly to customer work orders.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures related to the performance of tasks, the use of products or supplies, and the reporting of incidents.

Education, Certifications and/or Experience
- A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
- Any kind of cleaning experience is required.
Language Skills
- Ability to speak and write in English OR Spanish fluently and relay information between team, clients, and office staff.
Work Environment
- Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling, lifting and moving objects, repeatedly bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
- Travel to/from the customer's location is required.
- Uniforms must be worn during working hours
