Role and Responsibilities
· Provide excellent guest service!
· Lead by example! Prove the value and importance of Zoup!isms in fostering our culture.
· Front of House(FOH) first! Keep the dining room and all guest service areas clean.
· Properly assign Team Member positions to optimize speed and service.
· Manage employee productivity. Assign side work and cleaning tasks when business slows down.
· Hold Team Members accountable for the policies in the Team Member & Manager Handbook.
· Help manage labor costs. When business is slow, find opportunities to send Team members home or on break.
· Maintain Zoup! uniform standards
· Complete Prep/Temp logs and cleaning lists
· Be Compulsive about cleanliness and Food Safety.
· Maintain stok levels of all packaging, plasticware and desserts.
· Prepare the next shift for success.
· Follow cash management and all cash procedures.
· Manage and maintain the quality of all products.
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
· Create a positive work environment for every shift, every day.
· Work with the General manager, Assistant Manager and other Shift Leaders in the success of the restaurant.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma/Equivalent (Preferred)
Preferred Skills
Management Experience – 1 year (Preferred)
Food Service Experience – 3 years (Preferred)
